I was in a car accident in 2020 and I’m not a candidate for surgery. I tried this to see if I could get some relief. My results have been really great. I have zero issues with my neck and my knee is a thousand times better than it was. And the doctors say my shoulder would probably be awesome if I didn’t sleep with my arm up.
