I’ve had two cervical fusions ten years apart. I had a full hip replacement and have a torn labrum. I had back surgery a year ago. It really didn’t do much for me. I have a partially torn ACL, a slight tear in my lateral meniscus, and a full bucket handle tear in my longitudinal medial meniscus. And in western medicine after consulting many doctors, the consensus was I was going to have to undergo major surgeries spanning over the course of two-plus years just to get back to the ability to run, jump, and do whatever athletic activities that I wanted to do. At 43 days after treatment. I’m doing a lot of nontraditional movement, really focusing on my lower extremities, my ankle flexation and knee mobility. I got back to reverse sledding and super stoked about that. So, we are progressing.
