I had injections on both knees, which feels great so far. That’s the best improvement. My neck is getting better. I have been doing rehab hoping at the peak of the stem cells three months from treatment, I will feel much better, but for now I’m really pleased. The first month and a half is slow. Then suddenly you start feeling a bit better, especially when you started exercising. Yesterday I did my first full roll in jiu jitsu and I felt tired. I woke up this morning fine, and today I trained again, so I’m getting my confidence back.
