Most Clinics Abroad Show a Website, Not a Lab.

Lab-grown cell therapy generally needs FDA approval before routine use in the U.S., so many people look abroad. From the outside every clinic looks the same, and the cells often arrive frozen from a supplier nobody names. The lab needs a look before anyone books a flight.

For us, step one is showing who makes the cells and how they are checked, before any travel.

Why BioXcellerator?

Signature Cells™

Every batch of Signature Cells™ starts as donated umbilical cord tissue. Then BioXcellerator’s patented process verifies it for viability, purity and potency.

Why is the medical consultation paid when other clinics offer a free one?

Stem cell clinics are everywhere now, and free consultations make sales pitches look like medical reviews. BioXcellerator helped write the standards separating Tier 1 clinics from everyone else. Its paid consultation puts physicians on every scan, with a full refund for anyone who doesn’t qualify.

Signature Cells™ are made in-house under an ISO 9001-certified quality system.

Every answer comes from physicians, not salespeople.

Why go to Colombia at all?

These treatments aren’t FDA-approved, so BioXcellerator’s U.S. office doesn’t perform them. Its clinic, lab and medical team all work in beautiful Medellín, one city from start to finish.

Most U.S. clinics buy cells from a wholesaler; here the lab and the treatment room share one building.

A beautiful city where only you and your treatment matter.

Do stem cells actually work, or is this hype?

Stem cell care went from rare to mainstream, and there’s a reason it took off. For over 10 years, professional athletes have chosen BioXcellerator and talked openly about their treatment. Their stories helped put this field on the map.

What Patients Say About How They Were Treated

Questions People Ask Before the Call

Book a Free Call

What does treatment cost?

Treatment is paid out of pocket and usually isn’t covered by insurance. Packages start at $500 a month, with 36-month financing. Exact cost comes up early, never as a last-minute surprise.

Are records needed for the first call?

No. Records come later, only if medical review makes sense.

Who is this not for?

People without a clear diagnosis, and those who haven’t tried the usual first round of care. Also anyone whose scans don’t support treatment. Cancer within the last five years also rules someone out. The medical team says so plainly.

Where do Signature Cells™ come from?

Donated umbilical cord tissue, after healthy, full-term births. They are not embryonic stem cells. BioXcellerator grows them in-house.

Why do patients leave the U.S. for this?

Stem cells aren’t banned in America, and a clinic abroad isn’t credible just because it is abroad. Lab-grown cell therapy follows a different approval path in each country. The useful question is about the specific physicians, lab, product and follow-up, and the review answers each one. Read the FDA guidance

What happens after treatment?

Regular check-ins continue at home, using standard questionnaires for the treated area. Each patient also gets a final report comparing day one to 12 months later.
